remarkable improvement

i’ve noticed a remarkable improvement in terms of pain experienced by my throat today. maybe it’s due to the benefits of LOW-FAT MILK. nonetheless, i’ve got a reason to smile.

i ate a proper meal for dinner! well, sorta. it’s a plate of mushroom omelette. a picture of it below. though it may not be that filling, it was served slightly warm.
