first and foremost, i would like to thank EVERYONE who wished me ‘happy birthday’ for making my day! it was definitely a fun day. here’s PART of what happened today.

and for the record, the first person to wish me happy birthday wasn’t a human but a computer. it was the machine at the DVD rental store on 2october2008. HAH. better luck next time (for those people who said they wished me first).

but credits to keeran for being the first to wish me early in the morning. haha okay, back to the topic.

the second week of intensive remedial ended this week and the end result: tired, stressed and frustrated students in 5n1. the stack of homework just keeps piling. it’s like, i’m carrying a rock (school bag) in and out of school.

nonetheless, a surprise party was thrown for me in school. a shoutout to jonald, mark, tuhong, karl, jeremy, richmond, dhinesh and jerome. even though the room was as good as a heater, thanks for being there!

it’s the thought that counts.

they organised a mini-birthday party in school. though it wasn’t much, it’s the thought that counts! here are some photos with their respective captions.

the birthday cake for the birthday boy. darn was it tasty. can’t wait for next year’s cake hehe

my share of the cake

i challenged jeremy in fifa 2007 i somehow managed to win the game by a scrap of a tooth score margin of 6-5.

just study the picture carefully and guess how it all came down to it. if you’re a lazy ass, here’s the full summary.

Final Score: Jeremy (England) [5] < [6] Shaun (Spain)
First Half: Jeremy [0] – [2] Shaun
Second Half: Jeremy [3] – [3] Shaun (At the 90th minute mark, Jeremy was winning 3-2!)

Extra Time First Half: Jeremy [5] – [4] Shaun
Extra Time Second Half: Jeremy [5] – [6] Shaun

it was definitely a fun albeit high tensioned game.

this is only ONE PART of this “birthday” series. not that i’m being proud or anything, there’s just too little time to do everything in one day.

for example, rachel wanted me to go over to her house to celebrate at 1030. but i was stuck on the bus/train en route for home.

perhaps tomorrow. perhaps.

by the way, I LOVE BUS 30. I WANNA TAKE IT FROM OLD AIRPORT FOOD CENTRE AGAIN!!!
