mid-life review

here’s a random fact: my parents have been tolerating me for 18 years, 7 months and 4 days.

to begin with, it’s been a really interesting 18-year-old journey for me so far. i’ve done so many things that have made people happy, happy, laugh and cry. i’ve met people from different walks of life, including the mentally retarded and the hardworking people in life.

i’ve also many achievements ever since i turned 18. being nominated as president for ideawerkz was definitely a big thing for me. considering that I was technologically disadvantaged, my friends and I were still able to produce amateur quality podcasts for pure entertainment purposes.

(whoever said podcasting was easy :p)

i’ve been admitted to hospital for something unfortunate, gone for back-to-back camps and traveling on a cruise with my friends are some of the highlights of my march holidays.

but i’m really thankful for friends who are there for me. friends that look out for each other and make sure that life goes on easily for everyone.

thank you all for making my life enjoyable so far! i’ve still got 5 more months and i’m gonna make sure it’s gonna rock this world!

sucker punch

someone asked me just now some personal questions that made me think real hard. it’s one of those moments when you’re put on a spot and you only have split-seconds to react or something bad will happen.

it’s really wonderful how talking can make you realise things you don’t notice. like after talking it through, i’m put through this sudden realisation that i’m not a kid anymore. every one has feelings and it’s bad to toy around with them.

i have feelings too. ever since that day, i’ve been trying to patch up the scar you left behind. it’s just painful.

that aside, I’M GONNA BE 20 YEARS OLD NEXT YEAR. OLD OLD OLD OLD. damn old!!
