after a day of fun: watching karate kid and playing para para and ddr (which i performed horrendously) at the arcade, i thought things couldn’t get much better.
being able to meet up with friends that’ve seen you through the year made my night.

qiuyi and kenneth! qiuyi is like a mother to me. she’s the one who gives me advise every now and then, and i’m so thankful for that.
i might have made mistakes on that day. but i just wanna think it through and get it over with. life goes on, regardless of circumstances.

i might be in vikings, but i’m ninjas inside and a centurion on the outside…ever since ylc4 and 6 (respectively).
i recall telling my campers on the first night that the success of the camp is determined by how much effort they put in. the more effort, the more successful it’ll be to them.
but if there’s one thing that i left out, it’s the people i worked with: the student leaders
these bunch of people really made it enjoyable for everyone. everyone stepped up to lead and i’m really proud to be able to work with them
but it’s not just an intra-tribe thing. though we’re segregated into different tribes, we’re still one ambassadors.
it’s not all work and no play; or vice versa. we have to be serious when the time calls for. tensions might even run high
on the last day before we checked out of the loft.
i’m gonna miss youth leaders camp: simply because of the people i worked with. everyone, no matter how much, contributes to the overall ‘success’. what do you define success? success, to me, is how happy you are at the end of the day.
are you happy?

ylc6 has been awesome so far! being the tribe leader, alongside willa, has indeed been a challenge. but i guess…being a leader is about how you tackle problems and stuff.

the ideawerkz camp is nothing but fun, fun and fun. maybe it’s because of the people (i stayed up till 5am+ hehe; and i didn’t feel tired at all )
i feel so proud of that very achievement, not that it’s nothing much though :\
anyhoo, with the camp ending soon, it’s really been an interesting journey for the past 6-7 months as ideawerkz president. first of all, being given the opportunity to be one…it’s something that i didn’t signed up for.
nonetheless, the challenge was given to me and the 2 people i’ve to really thank are the officers
i guess the fact that they’ve been guiding each and other advocate, as well as being patient with me, have really made them the heroes of this camp. one might not see them doing work, but i’ve worked with them long enough to know that they’re more than the perfect people for the job.
camp is ending in a couple of hours! boo. YLC 6 is just around the corner and i’ve to work work work. where’s my tau huay break? 
youth leaders camp 6 »« common tests are over!
the reason why you haven’t seen much proper posts on this blog is because i’ve been bogged down with a hell lot of work and common test!
studying marketing was a pain in the ass. no words can describe how irritating it was. but then again, marketing is interesting to study :p
i’ve never felt so stressed and tired after a common test before. never ever. i was already superbly tired even before the marketing paper (on wednesday) started. and right after marketing, i had to study SOM (which i hadn’t started then)
