illusionists escapade

firstly, a shoutout to dhinesh and his gf (sydney) for the pizza! =] appreciate the good food!

if you asked me how i would summarise my day: i’d say today was magical. in a sense, i performed street magic in public for the very first time.

even though i forgot quite a number of routines, i’m kinda glad that i did it. i got to meet other magicians (illusionists) and people along the street.

how to approach them, what to say and all.

anyway, skipping the long story, i’ll let the pictures do the talking!

the underpass to/fro from esplanade

part of the group

check out joel’s shirt man: BORN TO PERFORM!
and fyi, HIS ROUTINES WERE WICKED COOL

later on, dhinesh came to support me. what a good friend eh?

oh and, he got bullied by the other illusionists haha. in other words, he was the group’s guinea pig. they performed countless amounts of tricks on him. the looks on his face simply said it all about the tricks

hmm. i wonder what dhinesh is doing…

how to eat pizza like that! a bent fork…how to eat sia.

an australian 1 million dollars note.

do you think there’s such a thing of a million dollar note?
it’s not fake, because there is such a note. proof: dhinesh is holding it.
but it’s just not legal tender. that’s all.

thus, a one million dollar note exists!

i thought the camera angle would be nice. never did know that my camera phone would be so slow that it can’t capture my facial features =[

joel performing; hwang watching.

i guess that is all. i do have about 20minutes of our performances (the whole group) on a miniature DVD. i just gotta figure out how to extract it before i put it online for people to download.

anyway, if you’re in my sms list, watch out for my thought of the day!

it DOES involve today’s escapade.

i can’t wait for the next outing :D

till then,
